Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address; simply print it out and securely affix it to your return package.

  Place the items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the set remains in giftable condition.

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned cookware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
